He has been neonatologist in Apollo hospital in the past and has been a Professor in Paediatrics. He is also a national faculty in NRP and facility based newborn care. He has various publications in various National and international journal. He is an invited faculty on newborn care in various National and state conferences.

She has been trained in paediatric psychology from Pune. She has worked as a consultant in Apollo hospital. She has a teaching experience of more than 10 years, having been Professor in Paediatrics.
